When is my order going to ship?
Most orders ship same or next business day!
Do you take custom orders?
I currently do not take custom orders because of the time it takes to fulfill them, but do take design requests for future releases!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a shipping notification is sent out, we are no longer able to cancel an order.
How can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked if tracking is purchased on the USPS website.
Where else can I order your products?
Currently Joibot Studio products are only available on this website and Etsy!
